Blandan Park becomes the third urban park in the city of Lyon. Initiated by broad support from the population, this former military bastion built in the 19th century now offers a place to relax and walk, bringing together several activities, particularly sports, for adults and children. As the park is closed at night, the lighting project proposes to enhance not the landscape itself or the uses but the specific temporality “between dog and wolf”. Light delicately accompanies the “end of uses” and affirms the strong temporality of the park through a dynamic scenography lasting a few minutes at the opening and closing of the park.
